Closet Therapy is a personal style blog I started in July 2004. I was young, opinionated, still in college, and wanted an anonymous place to obsess about fashion, beauty and style. What started as a shopping diary has now turned into a journey to experience a balanced and fulfilling life, and a place to share my discoveries with as many people as possible. The blog today covers womens’ lifestyle topics such as fashion, beauty, fitness, food, photography and shopping. And puppies.

About me.
My name is Sheena and I’ve lived in sunny So Cal almost my whole life. I was born in London in 1980 and lived the early years of my childhood in Indonesia before moving to Los Angeles. I’m Chinese by heritage but ashamed to say that I don’t speak the language at all, despite my mother’s numerous attempts to keep me in Chinese school.
I was a complete tomboy in high school and a bit on the nerdy side. This carried on through college where I finally started taking an interest in style and fashion. My tastes in fashion have grown and evolved with this blog but don’t get me wrong: I’m still a total geek and tomboy in person.
I love looking at things. Clothes, shoes, art, photography, people, plants, buildings, anything. I love words. I love music. I love organizing, categorizing, color-coding and alphabetizing. And of course, I like documenting.
On this blog, I am a dreamer, an optimist and a satirist. I don’t take myself too seriously and you shouldn’t either.

Equipment: Most photos are taken with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II with Canon EF lenses. (50mm f/1.8, 24-105 f/4L and 70-200 f/4L)
