88 degrees in October? Someone give me a popsicle. :( Days like today make me wish I could spend it at the beach and then come home to a cool, air-conditioned apartment to start my cool down therapy:

The trouble with minty shampoos is that they often leave your hair a little bit dry and frizzy. CO Bigelow’s Mentha Hair Mint-Infused Shampoo is the only one I’ve found to leave your hair and scalp extremely clean and energized without stripping it of any oils. Coupled with the Mint-Infused Conditioner, it adds a good amount of shine and bounce and is a good primer for any type of styling. The scent is not too toothpaste-y either, like Blisslabs’ super minty stuff. It has a light, herbal minty taste, similar to the lip gloss.

There are only two body products I would trust in buying from a drugstore: Secret deodorant and Dove body wash. Everything else is so mass-produced with fragrances and other chemicals that are brutal on your hair and skin that I try to stay away. So anyways, my favorite body wash of the moment is Dove’s Go Fresh Body Wash. It has a soothing, smooth texture and lathers up very well. Then seconds after you wash it off, your skin starts to feel refreshingly cool and hydrated.

I will be completely honest, I keep a bag of these Earth Therapeutics Tea Tree Oil Foot Wipes in my gym bag. It’s a simple foot wipe infused with tea tree oil and mint which will leave your toes refreshingly relieved. They are perfectly convenient to wipe your feet quickly before switching from sneakers to flip-flops or pumps to sandals.
